Dostavu vršimo unutar tri radna dana za područje cijele Hrvatske izuzev otoka i Dubrovačkog područja gdje je zbog specifičnosti dostave katkad potrebno dulje od tog razdoblja. Uz svaku pošiljku moguće je zatražiti šifru za praćenje pošiljke.
Bicikli kupljeni E2go shopu prolaze kroz proces inicijalnog sastavljanja, provjere ispravnosti, te nultog servisa koji je potpuno besplatan i uključen u cijenu bicikla. Bicikl se nakon toga pakira u veliku kutiju te se šalje na Vašu adresu. Zbog dimenzija paketa potrebnih za pakiranje bicikla, volan dolazi otpušten te je potrebno kada Vam paket stigne samo zategnuti dva vijka na volanu i bicikl je spreman za vožnju.
Kupac može i samostalno organizirati dostavu ili robu podići u našim trgovinama.
